2/19- STORM WATCH- Monday, Weds bear watching

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE- WE MADE IT!!

Today is going to be a beautiful day with partly to mostly sunny skies and temps near 40, but that's nothing as we could approach 50 tomorrow as a warm front moves through our area. Sunday looks nice as well before we get a close brush bye from a low on Monday. Though for now most of the precip looks to dodge us to the south...any northward jog could yield several inches of snow. The bigger concern, however, lies on or around Wednesday, which I am watching for a major nor'easter. There are tons of questions remaining with that one...so let's leave it there for now.

For those watching the Daytona 500 Sunday, it should not be effected by weather this year!

Today in weather history- February 19, 2011- High winds tip over the National Christmas Tree in Washington, after it had been transplanted there from New York 48 years earlier
