Based on the new model guidance, here is my forecast. Snow lovers, viewer discretion is advised.
Ouch! The storm has jogged further east overnight and has left us with this. There's a reason you absolutely always have to be careful with forecasting a March snowstorm- if the setup is not perfect, this is exactly what happens. It's coming a touch too early, which means the energy needed to bring a big snowstorm to New England is too far to our west to have an effect. Thus...still be aware of the forecast- if anything big changes I'll tell you- but I'm really not excited about it.
