I need to inform everyone of the fact that this blog is going into STORM WATCH mode for a potential snowstorm around week from today, Saturday 1/9. Everything remains on the table, from nothing at all...to rain...to well over a foot of snow...so I just want to mention the possibility here and then examine this system more closely as time goes on. Until then...enjoy the cold. I'll be hanging on every model run this week...especially since I have a flight to New Orleans at 6AM Saturday. It could be really, really close.
